Are you looking for a long-term volunteer opportunity? Make a real difference in someone's life and volunteer your time at the lodge. Volunteers are needed for many programs, including:
Attend Shabbat Services
Volunteers are needed to accompany and assist female residents during Saturday morning services in the Abraham & Dora Lithwick Chapel.
Bridge Program
Do you play? Join us!
Comfort Therapy

Entertainers and Music Program
Have a talent you can share? Performers are also encouraged to volunteer!
High School Students
Volunteer hours for the school community service requirement are available during the Winter Break and Sunday afternoons year-round.
Oneg Shabbat Program on Friday Mornings
Volunteers are needed from 9:45 am to 11:45 am to provide assistance and participate in song.
Recreation Programs and Special Events
There are daily needs for people to assist clients during activities and outings. The time requirement is approximately two hours.
Shopping/ Medical Appointment Accompaniment
Volunteers are needed to accompany residents to appointments. Scheduling will be at your convenience.
Friendly visiting:
Volunteer by spending time with the residents, provide reading assistance.
Requirements:
• Clearance of Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check,
• Completion of trainings and orientation,
• References
• Proof of vaccination against COVID-19
• Negative result on COVID rapid test upon entrance to the facility.
• Please note that at this time, only volunteers that are able to dedicate themselves to a long-term commitment will be accepted.
