Each year, hundreds of young Jews in Ottawa are launching their professional lives and are seeking skills such as how to approach interviews, how to write a resume, how to stand out in one's chosen field, and more.
J-Fellows is uniquely aimed at supporting young professionals through skill development and opportunities for collaborative action, with focused and overarching goals: to learn, to lead, and to contribute to your workplaces and community. In short: we seek to provide you with a hands-on experiential learning opportunity where you will develop and grow a lasting network.
The J-Fellows NEW Mentorship Program is open to professionals in all fields! (government, law, non-profit, etc.) and it is a four-month program (April to July 2023), which combines monthly speaker series on work and leadership, alongside monthly meetings with a mentor in your field. Participants are required to attend at least three out of four sessions to successfully complete the program. J-Fellows promotes community as a pillar of professional development and success.
