Each month, we will host a different speaker on various topics such as business, science, lifestyles, and more, to talk about their field in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

This month we will host Ben Shillow - the owner of the only Kosher brewery in Canada, and one of the best in Ottawa. Ben will tell us about the challenges in establishing a business from the ground up, how he promotes his kosher beer to bar owners and answer perhaps the biggest question of all: Do we (and why) need a kosher brewery in Canada?
