Moms with babies (under 12 months of age) are invited to register for this 8-week Mom & Baby yoga course, taught by a certified yoga instructor from Little Lotus Yoga. Each class will end with a healthy snack and a chance to chat informally with other moms about the joys and challenges of parenting young babies.

Cost: $50.00 for all 8 classes, or $10.00/class drop in.
This yoga class will take place Wednesday mornings in November in December, 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM, at Kehillat Beth Israel (1400 Coldrey Ave). Members and non-members welcome!
