The Jewish Youth Library is conducting a one-day Seniors' Health and Wellness Conference.

This conference is geared towards Seniors, but is open to the entire public.
The Seniors' Health and Wellness Conference promotes education and learning related to seniors' personal health and well-being. The conference will include talks from many different speakers on exercise, healthy cooking, and wellness techniques.The Featured Speaker is Dr. Stacy Goldstein, who is a popular and experienced chiropractic doctor in Ottawa.The JYL is honoured to announce that the Keynote Speaker for this conference is the world renowned Norene Gilletz, who is a professional chef and cookbook author. Mrs. Gilletz will also be providing a cooking demonstration during the conference.
