Purim, Esther’s Coming Out Party!
We’ll gather for an evening of study, and, of course, treats following a Sephardi-influenced meal!
We’ll focus on the story of Esther, and her revelation of her ethnicity, and its impact on her people, the Jews of Persia. Our discussion will discuss the process of coming out into our varied identities, and how it changes the power dynamics in our communities and cultures.
