Join the Jewish community to march in the annual Pride parade.
The Jewish community will be in Staging Area Code: B98 and is in Colour Zone: GREEN

We will wrap up the program portion of the breakfast by 11:30 am to allow plenty of time to join the parade before kickoff at 1 pm.

Wear rainbows, Stars of David, or other Jewish/Pride themed attire. Please do NOT wear or bring Israeli or Canadian flags. Capital Pride does not allow national flags in the parade.

Participants should enter the staging area on the Laurier Bridge in front of City Hall from any direction between 12:00pm - 1pm. Look for our banners and flags. Someone from Hillel Ottawa will be on site to welcome you.

The Federation is working with local law enforcement and Capital Pride on security. Given the open nature of the parade, participants will be close to spectators and may be yelled at or possibly have things thrown from the sidelines. Please know that we are taking steps to limit the risk of physical harm from a spectator entering the parade, even if security is not outwardly visible.
