Yoga is meditation in motion and has been shown through many studies to be a very effective approach to chronic back pain. Give yourself the opportunity to improve and reduce your pain and/or prevent it from ever occurring.
For this class, you will need a sturdy, armless chair; postures will be demonstrated both in, and behind, the chair.
