A program by the Jewish Federation of Ottawa's Shoah Committee and the Embassy of Hungary, this documentary tells the story of a Hungarian teacher in Kalocsa, Hungary who digs into the question looming in every town in Eastern Europe: what happened to the Jews who lived here? Set in modern Hungary, she imparts the lessons of the Holocaust to her students. Producer Gabor Kalman, a child survivor from Kalocsa, will attend the screening and lead a Q & A session afterward.
