Adath Shalom Congregation Adult Education on Zoom: a virtual walk beginning with the mid-19th century through the parts Jerusalem lying outside the walls of the old city. It will examine the modernization of life in Jerusalem which began with the arrival of the German Templars and has continued ever since. The speaker is Eszter Koranyi (MA, International Relations) , born in Hungary, and living in Jerusalem for the past eight years. Eszter is the CEO of Combatants for Peace, a Non-Government Organization fostering cooperation between Israelis and Palestinians to promote peace and Justice.
