In this Adath Shalom Adult Education ZOOM presentation, Rabbi Zuker will discuss the High Holy Days as are Holidays of the Spirit, the preparation for which requires conscious effort including self-reflection, honest exploration, and compassion. In this study session, she will revisit the themes, characters, and poetry of the High Holy Days. Our texts and our stories anchor our personal reflections, providing examples, metaphors, and mirrors of our own journeys towards faith and purpose. She will also share strategies, tips, and resources for deeper personal engagement in prayer.
