Or Haneshamah’s Rabbi Elizabeth Bolton offers a 15-week course on Exploring Judaism - for inquisitive Jews, their significant others, those considering adult B’nei Mitzvah or conversion, and seekers of knowledge of Jewish life. The course is designed for those hoping to deepen their understanding of their Jewish heritage, for those exploring Judaism as a spiritual and religious tradition, as well as for those considering conversion to Judaism. Participants will learn about Jewish values and practices through primary text study and seminar-style classes. Highly interactive, the course explores the major value concepts of Judaism, and offers a chance to wrestle with fundamental questions while learning and interacting with others, and with the tradition’s texts and practices. Classes begin September 29, 2016 and take place two Thursdays a month in Old Ottawa East, near Main St and Clegg, on bus routes 5 and 16, with plenty of off-street parking, and is fully accessible.

To register and for more information visit http://www.orh.ca/exploring-judaism.html or contact learning@orh.ca, 613-239-4988. Location will be confirmed with those who have registered.
