Join us for a class that encourages tasting, cooking and exploring amazing new flavours!
Our students will chop, dice, measure and bake while learning food-handling and gaining independence in the kitchen.
While creating appetizers, entrées and desserts our teens will begin their culinary education with a hands-on approach to healthy ingredients, and a few treats thrown in too!
The goal of this class is to instruct the students while encouraging their creative talents and expanding their spice palettes. We will be getting dirty, laughing and celebrating food, so come with an adventurous spirit.
Menu items include appetizers from Spain, entrees with Asian and Middle Eastern influences and desserts dripping
with berries and caramel.
