Chocolate Chances, a raffle and silent auction, is a very important fundraiser for Torah Day School of Ottawa - a school which plays a critical role in Ottawa's Jewish community despite great financial challenges.
All proceeds from the raffle and auction go directly towards scholarships for students in need.
