Join A Ripple Effect for a special Teen Wellness event featuring guest speaker Hon. Lisa Macleod MPP and a one-of-a-kind, interactive wellness fair as we bring together self-care and wellness experts, as well as mental health resources.

Hon. Lisa Macleod MPP will deliver an inspirational message, using her own journey of mental health as an example of what can be accomplished through perseverance and dedication.

The Wellness Fair will include: Meditation station, journal making, animal therapy, art expression, message therapy, nutrition booth and more!
