Marking 80 years since Kristallnacht. Keynote address: Kristallnacht: The End of the Beginning and the Beginning of the End by Dr. Michael Berenbaum, one of the founders of the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington. Program includes a special performance by classical violinist Niv Ashkenazi playing a violin miraculously salvaged from the ashes of the Holocaust and lovingly restored by Israeli luthier Amnon Weinstein.
