This position is being offered through a grant provided by the Canada Summer Jobs Program.


The Finance Clerk provides administrative support to the Finance Department, including the following core duties:

• Accounts payable entries
• Data entry in payroll software system
• Running reports through the payroll software for other departments
• Filing
• Other administrative duties as assigned

The Finance Clerk is directly accountable to the Finance Coordinator regarding their overall finance responsibilities as assigned. The Finance Clerk is responsible for providing regular weekly updates on the status of their assigned duties.
