Customer Service and Administrative Associate Ottawa Office

Israel Bonds’ Ottawa office is seeking one full-time Customer Service / Administrative Associate to work in its' local office. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities and understanding the sales process of Israel Bonds products and client services, as well as be experienced in administration, acting as the initial point of contact to customers while also providing excellent support to the Executive Director.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and command of the English language, with a high degree of professionalism. They will have initiative and be organized, meticulous, curious, intuitive, process-driven, tech savvy, and efficient.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with existing clients and new prospects
• Assist in growing the volumes of sales, achieving and / or exceeding annual sales objectives
• Ensure integrity and accuracy in recording client data and sales information
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Assist Executive Director as needed
• Answer phones & emails and schedule in-office appointments with clients
• Coordinate all mailing logistics, including deliveries and couriers
• Perform other office administration duties as needed

Core Competencies:

• Experience using CRM software (preferably Salesforce.com)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness in addressing challenges
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve problems and drive results
• Community experience as well as interest and/or experience in Israel and/or Jewish community affairs is an asset
